Our Family

Katrina grew up in the city and joined the Army in 2011. She never envisioned herself owning a farm but she is now kicking herself in the butt for not finding her passion sooner! Currently, still serving in the United States Army, she is currrently honing her farming skills as she completes her military career with the goal to expand once she retires.

Jon grew up on a goat farm in Southern NC, he never pictured himself farming in his adult life but along came Katrina and you know what they say… “Happy “Wife”, Happy Life” :).

Together they both love Star Wars so along came the farm name — a play on some Star Wars references and the rest is history.

Our kids Emlyn and Harley don’t really help out much on the farm — you can usually find them being gaming nerds on their computers.
